As a Campaign Planner you’ll work with teams across the Gaming P&L and central CRM to co-ordinate the marketing planning cycle. You’ll work with department Heads to define marketing strategies, and Business Owners to implement them. Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do therefore studying customer research and feedback to fully understand customer motivations ensure customer plans are meeting the customer’s needs by segment.
Comfortable with numbers and understand the needs of online casino and poker customers. You be comfortable with looking at data and helping our BI team turn this into credible insight helping to make key business decisions. Analysing KPI’s and highlighting areas of under and over performance, your experience of managing people will help you influence managers at all levels. Understanding campaign plans, schedules and desired outcomes, you’ll make sure they’re on time and in budget to deliver our vision.
You’ll need an understanding of how online casino and poker products work, or at least have a solid understanding of e-commerce and the current market place, both in the UK and internationally. You’ll be process driven. The ability to create, implement and follow processes to deliver flawless customer experience is key. You’ll also need superb communication and organisational skills to make sure we all have the right information at the right time.
