Marketing Coordinator- Events, Cambridge -

*please note this is a temporary position starting in August and running until December however, there is the potential that it will be extended and/or develop into a permanent role in the future. *

An award winning, Cambridge based software company are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their talented Marketing department.

The key responsibilities include:

*Scheduling posts for social media platforms such as Twitter and Linked in
*Create branding for events to promote on the company website
*Manage the inbox promptly replying to all internal and external mail
*Create innovative content to promote events via multiple channels
*Liaise with appropriate colleagues, including design and web teams, to create branding for webinars and other events
*Track the success of events against KPIs and provide reports as necessary

Having previously worked as part of a marketing team, to be successful in this role you will need to be an extremely organised Marketer with excellent communication skills and a keen eye to detail. Due to the nature of the role you will have excellent computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and ideally you will have some experience of using Salesforce and/or HubSpot.

Due to the location of the office this role is ideally suited to those commuting from Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Newmarket, Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Neots, St Ives, Peterborough, Hitchin, and Bedford.
