Our industry leading client is searching for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join their award-winning team in their Berkshire head offices. With at least 5 years’ industry experience already under your belt, you will have proven experience working on successful ATL and BTL marketing campaigns for a consumer-facing business. Your experience will cover direct marketing, the creation of key marketing collateral, television and digital advertising, as well as experiential marketing. Coming from a B2C background, you will have a wealth of experience working on product launch campaigns and will be confident pitching new product releases to the press to generate positive coverage across a number of industry-leading titles. As this is an internationally focused role, previous experience working on both national and international marketing campaigns would be highly advantageous.
As Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for driving all marketing communications strategies for both the UK and international markets, ensuring that all communications provide a consistent brand message and experience for the consumer. You will be working across all ATL and BTL campaigns, across a number of markets and will work closely with local agencies to ensure all advertising activity is delivered to the expected standard. Exceptional project management skills are a must for this role, as you will be working across a variety of campaigns at any given time.
Promoting new product launches will be a key aspect of this role, and the successful candidate will be expected to develop, implement and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to gain press coverage across print and digital media and increase consumer awareness of new products. Using your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key press contacts to ensure maximum press coverage for the brand and products. You will need demonstrable experience delivering successful advertising campaigns across television, radio and digital channels, and will have an innate understanding of how best to target customers across these platforms. This is a varied, hands-on, multi-channel role that will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and innovative marketing and advertising campaigns.

Due to the location of this Berkshire office, this role is easily commutable from Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Slough, Basingstoke, Windsor, Farnborough, Aldershot, Guildford, Woking, Weybridge, Epsom, High Wycombe, Maidenhead and Henley-on-Thames.
