Job Description

The role reports into the Head of Communications, as part of a team of 9 with one direct report to deliver pioneering marketing communications for single or multiple brands in single or multiple channels.

The role works with internal stakeholders and external partners such as creative and media agencies and partner brands to execute the strategic marketing communications plan and to deliver overall brand and campaign specific KPIs.

The role is responsible for the management of the end to end creative process, budgets and through the line execution.

Job Purpose

This role works with stakeholders across the business, feeding into communications strategy and working with core agencies to come up with brilliant ways of communicating the Three marketing strategy. The role is responsible for managing the budgeting, planning, briefing and origination of communications ideas to ensure effective delivery of communication across single and multiple paid, earned and owned marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
Develops and/or delivers elements of a strategic planning system with guidance from senior colleagues.

Project Management
Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of major projects in order to support the overall project management strategy.

Marketing
Manages the development and/or delivery of a particular area, product or service within the larger marketing strategy.

Legal
Uses legal systems and protocols to perform routine tasks in order to deliver support services.

Manage relationships with key internal customers and act as their business partner, while typically using
