A leading supplier of software and solutions based in a desirable location in Central London are on the look-out for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their marketing team.
The company have a global customer base, and need an aspiring marketing professional to take on a role that has a focus on both communications and marketing. If you also have experience in writing newsletters, PR, and creating engaging campaigns, you could be just what they're looking for!

Working across the group, you'll have responsibility for managing and delivering marketing and communications projects and events, interacting with multiple stakeholders to ensure that everything runs efficiently and without a hitch.
As an individual, you'll need to be organised and have the ability to work to deadlines, as delivering events and exhibitions to a set time and budget will be the everyday norm. Alongside this, you'll manage the creation and production of collateral, and keep track of stock management for promotional goods associated with the business.
A key element of your role will also be to capture incoming data, updating the system regularly and keeping the sales team informed regarding progress. You'll need to be aware of the market and on top of your game, liaising with industry publications to identify where there are opportunities for features and editorials.
In this position you'll quickly develop a good understanding of the company's target markets and products, delivering marketing programmed against the plan that are successful each time. As part of this, you'll have direct input into the creation of the annual marketing plan and will always have the opportunity to make your voice heard!
The role will be broad and varied, and you'll have the opportunity to build upon your already existing skills in marketing by playing a role in different types of marketing activity. However, you'll need to have 1-3 years of marketing and communications experience within a B2B background to ensure that you're equipped for success in the role.
Previous experience writing any sort of content and copy is essential, whether it be website content or blog entries. Most important is a creative flair you can apply to any task you're given.
Marketing experience within a software company would be beneficial but is by no means essential. Personality will play a big part in the selection process, so you'll need to be personable and enthusiastic, with an ability to build relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
