Overview of Role:

The Teledyne e2v Semiconductors division creates advanced semiconductor products for aerospace and professional markets. The division includes 3 business units: SPS – Signal Processing Solutions with world leading data conversion technology, DPS – Data Processing Solutions providing the most advanced microprocessors platforms to the Aerospace industry and IMS – Integrated Microelectronic Services providing Europe’s leading semiconductor assembly & test services for the Aerospace industry.


The MarComms Manager plans, implements, monitors and reviews international marketing campaigns, managing the marketing communication for our key business units within Teledyne e2v Semiconductors, SPS, DPS and IMS. The role requires the candidate to liaise with teams from Teledyne e2v's global offices to create targeted marketing collateral of all kinds. The quality of the team’s marketing communications has grown significantly recently; the new candidate is expected to continue raising the quality of marketing communications well above competition standards and to generate growth in lead generation. To achieve this goal the MarComms Manager is expected to regularly survey and track anthropological data of our target audience in order to continuously optimize our forms of communication for best results.


Main accountabilities:

  • Implement, manage and review strategic plans to drive lead generation efforts in Asia Pacific, Europe, India and North Americas

  • Plan and oversee all promotion activities including print, online, electronic and event marketing in coordination with global support teams

  • Partner with product marketing and sales leaders to develop, implement and measure market awareness campaigns

  • In coordination with the product marketers, ensure consistent market and product focussed content in all media forms

  • Use all existing channels of Teledyne e2v to disseminate our activities, including website, social media and sales/distributors’ owned networks

  • Develop and deliver materials to enable the sales team to further drive their strategy

  • Develop website content and make continual enhancements to improve SEO results and continual content evolution

  • Provide local and external communications support and PR efforts to expand awareness

  • Global exhibition management from conferences to large tradeshows


Desired qualifications, experience & competencies

  • To succeed in the role the candidate must have:

  • Experience in a similar role of a MarComms Manager in an international B-to-B business. Technical profile or strong interest for electronic technologies will be appreciated.

  • Proficiency in the English language with at least a strong experience of living and working in an English spoken country.

  • A university level degree consisting of Marketing credits or CIM qualifications/certifications

  • Knowledge or fluency of the French language is desired
