The Marketing Comms Lead reports into the Head of Communications, as part of a team of 9 with one direct report. You will be charged with delivering pioneering marketing communications for single or multiple brands across multiple channels. Working with stakeholders and partners you will execute the strategic marketing communications plan and deliver overall brand and campaign specific KPIs.
As Marketing Comms lead you will be responsible for the management of the end to end creative process, budgets and through the line execution. It is essential you can influence at all levels internally and externally in a suitably engaging manner

This role works with stakeholders across the business, feeding into communications strategy and working with core agencies to come up with brilliant ways of communicating the Three marketing strategy. The role is responsible for managing the budgeting, planning, briefing and origination of communications ideas to ensure effective delivery of communication across single and multiple paid, earned and owned marketing channels.
Develops and/or delivers elements of a strategic planning system with guidance from senior colleagues.
