Job Description

We are seeking an experienced candidate to fill the position of UK and Ireland CRM Executive on a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Hammersmith London.

The successful candidate will help to achieve the attendance, room nights and revenue goals for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Paris, and Disney Cruise Line through CRM. As well as this the executive will help to achieve the attendance, room nights and revenue goals of the Republic of Ireland market mainly for Disneyland Paris (80% of business) and Walt Disney World (20%). 


50% Consumer Related Marketing. Support the CRM Manager in developing, planning and implementing CRM activity to meet the short and long-term needs of the business for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line and where necessary, Disneyland Paris:

  • Look after the day-to-day activities for the CRM programme (predominantly eCRM) including:
    - the development of segmented briefs
    - project management of email campaigns through JIRA, including close liaison with marketing agencies and wider EMEA CRM team
    - development of email content including writing of marketing copy and imagery sourcing and selection
    - sub-editing
    - stakeholder management to gain buy-ins and approvals from Brand Strategy and Legal teams
    - proof reading
    - email testing and sign-off
  • Make sure that all CRM activities are tracked with relevant reports and have a full review document for each campaign
  • Be a main point of contact for the Disneyland Paris CRM team to validate and approve campaign copy/content for the UK and Ireland markets
  • Ensure a good relationship is maintained with UK CRM team and CRM agency

50% Marketing for Republic of Ireland Market - Ensure flawless execution of all Disneyland Paris campaigns for Republic of Ireland market and synchronized / timely campaign communication across all marketing disciplines:

  • Support the Partnerships Manager in identifying partnership opportunities with media partners, other lines of business within The Walt Disney Company and other 3rd Party Partners–
  • Ensure flawless execution of all campaigns
  • Act as a main point of contact between partner and Disney Destinations International throughout implementation

Basic Qualifications

  • Email marketing and CRM experience
  • Large matrix organisation experience preferable
  • Ideally marketing experience in a major multi-national marketing environment
  • Demonstrated tactical skills related to implementation of marketing/sales plans
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and communication skills to balance marketing programs for optimal execution and success
  • Experience in consumer marketing (travel/hospitality/entertainment desirable)
  • Ability to plan and execute segmented/tailored marketing campaigns
  • Attention to detail, with strong proof reading skills and experience of email testing
  • Analytical and results orientated
  • French language skills desirable but not mandatory
