Marketing, Branding and Promotions Specialist, Rainham - Our client, a Sunday Times Tech Track 100 company based in Rainham, are looking for a Marketing, Branding and Promotions Specialist to join their innovative team of specialists.

Spiralite are pioneers of their craft, having transformed the heating, venting, and air conditioning industry. Their unique air-conditioning ducting system has global patents, and a well-renowned, global reputation to match.

The concept may sound complicated, but it's pretty simple. To succeed in the role, you'll need aptitude and a solid approach, rather than specific training or experience. A solid background in B2B manufacturing, construction, engineering, or packaging is ideal, along with previous marketing, branding, and promotion experience.

So, what will a typical day in the role look like? You'll be assisting with social media management to increase Spiralite's online presence, and will research information to create new, engaging website content. In order to create a progressive brand, Spiralite are implementing a new thought leadership programme, and they would like the role-holder to be a pioneer in its development.

You'll manage email campaigns, putting your knowledge of the broader market to use by helping the team to develop external communications, including website and social media content.

Good communication and interpersonal skills will be key as you'll interact with key players in the trade and professional marketing organisations, alongside distribution partners worldwide to assist with their marketing and branding.

Savvy with events-logistics? The opportunity to manage exhibitions, presentations and similar promotional activities will also be available, as you ensure that the company's brand is portrayed well and receives a positive reception.

Although you'll need a relevant B2B background, personality will also play a key role in setting you apart from other candidates. If you're organised, able to manage your time effectively, and work well as part of a team, you're sounding like a good match.

Although not necessary, previous experience of working with businesses based outside of the UK, and experience of working in a rapidly growing business, will also be beneficial to helping you succeed in the company.

This role would be most applicable to candidates travelling from areas of Essex and the wider region, including London, Romford, West Thurrock, Basildon, Langdon Hills, Upminster, Dartford, Gravesend, and Chigwell.
