Job Description

Role Purpose:
As a member of the marketing team that’s supports UK activity the successful candidate will focus on supporting the delivery of Assurance marketing, Relationship Development activities and Brand projects.. This will include:
  • Communications, including e-campaigns
  • Digital/social media campaigns
  • Event support and delivery
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Supplier Liaison
  • Embedding the brand
  • Reporting on campaign Return on Investment (ROI)
Who we are looking for:
A highly motivated individual with an ability to work within a team as well as on their own initiative. The successful candidate will be at the start of their marketing career with at least one/two years of experience working in a marketing role covering the full marketing mix.
Qualifications, knowledge and skills required:
  • Marketing / business studies graduate or professional with some marketing experience
  • Digital/Tech savvy – interest in social media and digital channels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build good relationships at all levels
  • A strong team player
  • Flexibility to support multiple projects
  • Self-starter
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Detailed specification:
  • Supporting the project management of marketing activities targeting both external and internal audiences including:
  • Social media and exploring new digital communication channels
  • Collateral management
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the delivery of marketing events in accordance with business briefs to:
  • Enhance our relationships and reputation
  • Support the growth of target accounts
  • Understand the attendee journey
  • Support in driving feedback and coordinating event follow up process ie, communicating client leads.
  • Drafting marketing communications to promote activity across the business and ensure client handlers are aware of the opportunities.
  • Drafting Brand presentations and reporting decks for manager review - collating content and assets required
  • Managing suppliers of brand installations at London office - onsite supervision and works sign-off. Taking photographs of installations for use in reports and promotions
