Are you a people person, well organised and good with numbers?

We’re recruiting an Administrator to support our award-winning Marketing and Communications team.

This is a busy and varied role supporting the Marketing and Communications Director, Head of Marketing and wider directorate, so the ability to multi-task and work from your own initiative is essential.

Duties will include financial processing such as ensuring invoices are paid and accurately recorded. You’ll therefore need to be highly numerate, and confident using Excel to manage and monitor financial data. Excellent attention to detail is vital. The role will also involve organising meetings, maintaining efficient office systems, taking minutes and managing diaries and travel.

As a main point of contact for the department you’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills, and be able to work with all levels of staff in a professional and empathetic manner.

The role will suit someone with experience as a PA, team coordinator, finance assistant or paralegal. This is a great opportunity to use your exceptional organisational skills and join a busy, creative team who are committed to providing care and support through terminal illness.

Every day of your life matters – from the first to the last. When you work for Marie Curie, you understand that better than ever.

We’re a passionate, committed and diverse team of more than 4,400 staff and 12,000 volunteers, here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. We offer expert care, guidance and support, to help them get the most from the time they have left.

Everyone knows our daffodil, but it’s our warmth, creativity and care that touch lives. Here, we take the time to really get to know the people we care for and those who love them. And we do whatever it takes to give them the final days and hours they deserve.

This role may close early if a sufficient number of applications are received.
