This small charity with a BIG voice was founded by a survivor and as a result are passionately committed to really making a difference. Their offices are set in the heart of the beautiful Hampshire country side and are manned by bright, fun team who work on broad integrated B2B and B2C campaigns.
As the Marketing & Comms Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies, working closely with the Campaign Manager. It's a fairly strategic role but will also require a hands on attitude.
The Marketing & Comms Manager also acts as the brand guardian and associated responsibilities including creating integrated marketing campaigns and communicating the charity's strategic objectives clearly. Generally speaking campaigns will be across PR, direct and digital- B2C and B2B.
There will be business as usual budget management and marketing performance responsibilities as well as line management duties of 2.
Ideally you will have worked in the Not For Profit or Public Sector and understand the charity sector. You'll need to have a pro-active approach and be able to inspire your team to provide high quality marketing campaigns.
A personable and approachable demeanour is super important as is a strategic mind set and understanding of broad marketing channels (digital and direct specifically) and branding.
