Are you a creative, driven and experienced Marketing and Communications professional? Are you looking for a challenging role, where you can make a difference everyday?

Since 1980, Cornerstone has been enabling children, young people and adults with disabilities and other support needs to enjoy a valued life. We have recently embarked upon a brave and exciting journey to transform social care delivery in Scotland through our ambitious new Strategic Plan – Local Cornerstone. This new strategy has been designed to embrace the challenges and opportunities presented by the changing social care sector, and aims to position Cornerstone for continued success and a sustainable future.

With exciting times ahead, we are seeking a dynamic, innovative individual to take on the role of Marketing and Communications Lead within our business support function, Cornerstone Central. This role can be based in either our Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow office; however, travel throughout Scotland will be required.

As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will develop and implement marketing and communications initiatives to support the delivery of our pioneering Strategic Plan, maximising social media opportunities and ensuring that the Cornerstone brand is represented and recognisable for all the right reasons.

You will have demonstrable experience in communications (internal and external), public relations, brand, event management and digital media, and ideally hold a professional qualification at degree level in a related discipline e.g. communications, public relations, journalism or marketing.

Benefits include generous annual leave, flexible working opportunities and exclusive access to Cornerstone Perks, where you can take advantage of discounted offers on a wide range of products and services.
