Great, well known retail brand in on the search for an experienced consumer insights analyst. Ready to hit the hit the ground running and help them deliver on an upcoming project.
You will be supporting the Consumer Insight Manager in the creation of trends and customer behaviours in order to create key insights which in turn will help the business grow. You will work alongside the consumer insights team reporting directly to the consumer insights manager and will have strong stakeholder management skills
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with external consultants to manage the preparation and delivery of key regular research programmes in the UK, such as the monthly exit surveys, brand awareness tracking
- Support the Consumer Insight Manager set up and manage ad hoc research programmes in the UK to answer key business questions.
- Answer ad-hoc queries from key departments (UK and Europe) using internal data such as footfall and sales.
- Support Consumer Insight Manager in managing research programmes across the European assets (where relevant)
The ideal candidate would come a retail background and strong consumer analytics experience.
You will have strong commercial awareness, analytical training and experience with applying data and insight to address business questions, ideally in a retail and/or digital environment.
You will be someone with interpersonal and team working skills along with excellent communications skills with the ability to explain insights meaningfully to non-technical stakeholders
Ideally you will have previous experience with excel and modelling skills.
The role is based in West London and has good links to most London stations. Working with a global retail brand that has flagship sites across a number of different markets.
