Reuben Sinclair are working on an exciting new position with a highly successful mid-sized corporate communications, public affairs and financial communications firm that are looking to hire a new Managing Director to head up their new technology corporate reputation management arm of the business.
As a firm, we’ve seen their headcount nearly double in the space of two years’, revenues grow by 25% last year, despite the pandemic, and they are set for a solid 2021. With a headcount close to 50, they plan to grow by at least 10 in the coming year with plans to grow all functional teams.
Working closely with two other Managing Directors and with the Founder, you shall have responsibility for the growth and overall management of this ‘sub-section’. New business development and current client up-sell naturally, shall be a main focus for this position in the first year with 500k revenues the initial target. Currently, in the firm, there is a team of 4 individuals that already have an incredibly strong knowledge of the technology space, specifically, but you shall - due to the businesses non silo’d approach - have access to other consultants/senior consultants and Associate Directors to drive incredible service that produces real ROI for clients.
