Job Description

Are you a Loyalty Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Can you develop an integrated Customer Loyalty strategy to drive revenue whilst rewarding existing customers?

Loyalty Manager - £40,000-£45,000 - London

Our client is an iconic national passenger rail company based in Central London.

Working closely with the CRM team - you will be responsible for developing the Loyalty strategy whilst constantly reviewing and updating the current loyalty proposition.

You will manage the current partner scheme, monitor performance, costs and profitability of partner schemes being offered to customers.

You will drive a calendar of activity and communications through our loyalty partners whilst constantly reviewing and updating the loyalty programmes.

You must already have proven experience with loyalty or direct marketing programmes especially in reviewing and launching new programmes.

You must have a through knowledge of customer loyalty and retention theory and practice.

You must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and be highly driven to succeed.

You must have an understanding of the production/operational side of relationship marketing, call centre, print production and fulfilment online.
