Job Description


This role would see you joining a leading, global experiential agency working on one of their major accounts. The role of a Locations Manager is to develop relationships with both clients and various venues/retail locations to ensure the smooth delivery of national sampling campaigns.

Managing nation-wide, pop-up shop activations
Utilising knowledge of experiential campaign management and relationships with national venues to ensure you're at the forefront of booking key retail units for the client's campaigns
Overseeing all locations and logistics aspects associated with the national campaigns, to include management of booking forms, third party supplier liaison, H&S, day to day client management and financial management
Briefing, negotiating and updating suppliers (staffing, logistics, location agents, couriers and site managers) on all aspects of campaign details
Financial responsibility: Negotiating competitive rates for the client and overseeing budget management of over £1m worth of locations
Conducting location research, developing location region proposals and project planning of over all site locations
Client servicing including daily and weekly status meetings
Collating results and reporting on the outcome and success of the campaign
Ensuring assets are packaged into marketable assets such as credentials presentations, website case studies and award entries within the agency's brand guidelines
While your key focus would be to service this main client, you may also be required to help out with other campaigns as required

Solid knowledge and experience within the experiential marketing environment
Excellent logistics capabilities, coupled with problem solving abilities
Incredibly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time
Ability to build really strong relationships with clients, suppliers and team members
Experience in site sourcing and booking - particularly within the retail space
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of end to end experiential event production
Financially astute, comfortable managing budgets and able to spot opportunities for account growth
Clear, concise and efficient communicator
