Do you have experience of working within an administrative role, but you’re looking to take the next step to start your direct marketing career within one of the most high-profile UK charities?

This role is an excellent opportunity to build on your proven administration, communication and relationship building skills, and to start building your direct marketing career.

As Legacy Marketing Assistant you’ll be the first point of contact for the Legacy Promotions team as well as being responsible for providing general administrative and campaign support across the programme. You’ll be confident and enthusiastic speaking with the public as well as liaising with internal teams, so excellent customer service is a must. You’ll also need a keen eye for detail as you’ll be communicating with our supporters in writing, proofing artwork and ensuring our supporter data is accurate.

Working in a busy team, you’ll need excellent time-management skills and an ability to use your initiative; these are essential for keeping to tight schedules, updating and improving team spreadsheets and filing systems, and coordinating projects.

Some marketing experience or charity experience would be an advantage, but willingness to learn is just as important.
