Great opportunity for Lead Internal Communications Manager who's highly experienced in Staff Engagement and Change initiatives to join a leading FS company.
An interesting Internal Communications lead position (manage a team of 3) that will include overseeing; 'Change' internal communications, Staff Engagement, CSR, diversity communications and Chairman/CEO initiatives.
Extremely high-profile, dynamic financial services company who are also a non-departmental government body. Based in Central London but soon moving to Canary Wharf (hence the engagement piece!), they offer a fast moving, modern environment and put great store by their work/life balance and supportive ethos.
Leading the Central Communications team and working closely with the CEO Office and Chairman, the Head of Internal Communications & Staff Engagement will be responsible for a range of communications which support the company's vision and brand.
Day to day you will:
- Lead internal communications for the company
- Oversee and manage a team of 3 in internal communications team
- Mixture of strategy, delivery and sign off
- Working alongside HR to develop staff engagement strategy with a focus on diversity and wellbeing.
- Integrate CSR into staff engagement.
- Drive staff survey and associated action plans
I'm looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager who's experienced in internal communications and staff engagement ideally within financial services but not a necessity. More important is your proven background managing a team, leading on staff engagement initiatives and overseeing various change communications. As you'll be the gateway for CEO/chairman communications, you'll need superb communication skills with second to none writing/editing ability.
