Job Description

Junior Insight Manager | Global Retail Giant | Hertfordshire | Up to 32k

Do you have a keen interest in the way that consumers shop?

A deep, burning desire to be a part of a company that actually places the customer at the centre of what they do?

If you have quantitative research experience, and you're nodding along to this, then this might be the one for you.

One of the largest retailers globally is now looking for a junior Insight Manager to join their insight team. With an almost 100 year legacy, they've cemented themselves as a leader in retail and are now continuing to look for ways to become every customer's preferred place to shop. They want to find greater ways of providing their customers with what they're are looking for, and essentially serve customers better, in terms of both services and products.

They're looking for someone who shares this passion for consumer insights, and is keen to be in a role where they can use insights to help the company achieve its vision. You would be responsible for leading on consumer research projects which will influence product innovation. From building a best practice research and insight toolkit to working with internal stakeholders and our creative agencies, you'll be in a diverse and fast paced role.

Essentially your role will be to use insights to identify opportunities for the company.

You'll need some experience of quantitative research experience, ideally from a full service research agency or a client-side insight team. If you've completed a degree that had a big research component, that'd be great as well (Psychology, Geography etc.). You'll have worked on fmcg/retail projects and be comfortable analysing research data. As well as a relevant Degree and all the hands-on experience, you need to be ambitious, confident, and have strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills.

This company reward hard work: as well as great remuneration and benefits, they offer an exciting environment and opportunity to develop your career alongside a great team. If this sounds like the one for you apply now!
