A global retail brand are looking for someone who can join and work on consumer research projects, mixing both quant and qual methods to ensure that the research is meeting business' objectives and delivering insights to inform strategy. You will work on strategic research projects both quantitative and qualitative, with the aim of understanding, prioritising and driving action based off customer opportunities. This person will work alongside the analytics team to conduct the research and generate the insights that can drive decision making and help them truly understand the customer. You will work closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders, keeping them up to date with the research and presenting recommendations for product innovations, improvements and developments
- End to end experience on research projects (briefing, research design, analysis, reporting)
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a research environment, either from an agency or client side
- Experience with quant + qual research
- Worked with retail or fmcg clients
- Self-starter attitude, highly ambitious
