Our client, respected as a highly strategic and creative agency with a fantastic charity client base, are looking for a Junior Account Director / Account Director to bolster their team!
The agency's remit for its charity clients is varied and covers brand positioning and identity, brand strategy and advertising, individual giving fundraising, legacy, events etc.

It is crucial that the candidate has decent charity experience and is excited by the opportunity to lead a team working specifically on NFP business - you should be passionate about the sector. You will have autonomy - with the support needed of course - and will receive a financial incentive for business growth on top of your salary.
The standards the agency holds are high; they are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be working with some incredibly experienced and inspiring planners and creatives. The agency delivers comms but the job will also involve a lot of strategy and conceptual work.
The agency is not solely NFP; they also have a range of commercial clients and they take learnings from those clients - particularly in terms of CRM/tech - into their NFP clients.
You must have an integrated skillset - a broad channel experience including production - print, including DM, digital/social, TV (ideally DRTV) mobile. You will also have experience of managing senior client relationships and will be confident enough to run smaller pieces of business on your own with little day-to-day input from the BD.
