International E-Commerce Manager, Cambridge -
Are you a driven E-commerce professional looking for your next opportunity? We're currently looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join a well-established and exciting business in the Cambridge region. Ideally with a minimum of 6 years e-commerce experience, you must not be afraid of the hands-on approach and 'get stuck in' culture that the business have. Heading up the entire e-commerce function, you'll be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to really make a difference. The role will see you managing the customer journey, increasing conversion rates whilst also creating exciting strategic plans for the company's ecommerce future.

As the company's first E-Commerce manager, you will be responsible for driving both the turnover and profitability of the online business space. Your task will be to guide any customer (whether existing or new) on a positive journey, from casual browsing, right through to purchase. Working with a small team you will manage and constantly strive to increase site optimisation and conversion across all forms of ecommerce platforms.
This role will similarly see you identify new routes to market that will increase technology and meet core business needs. Managing the P&L ensuring that it aims to meet business targets. Please note that candidates applying for this role must be able to stand on their own two feet whilst also work well within a small but expanding team. Budget management will be a small aspect to this role so candidates with prior experience with this is desired.

Due to the hands-on nature of this role candidates applying must have sufficient knowledge of email, SEO, PPC and CRM, CRO and much more. There is the opportunity to grow with the brand and develop your own team in the near future. You must have proven key stakeholder experience alongside the ability to work in conjunction with global strategies. Candidates applying will ideally come from a B2C or B2B focussed background. Due to the location of the office, this role is commutable to those living in, Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Parts of Norfolk and Peterborough to name a few.
