EMR are working with a global technology business to recruit their first-ever Internal Communications Manager.
Market leaders for 20 years, the business has been recently acquired by one of the world's leading sustainable mobility companies, and this presents a brilliant opportunity for you to establish the internal communications & engagement strategy during a period of change and investment.
If this sounds like a challenge you would be up for, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide Communications & Engagement counsel to senior stakeholders, including the CEO, on content, campaigns, channels and announcements.
- Design, launch and manage the internal communications strategy. This includes, but not limited to: campaign planning, digital channels, town halls and events.
- Support HR with pulse surveys and annual engagement surveys to identify areas to address and recommend solutions.
- Build an internal pool of 'comms champion' to spearhead campaigns and drive engagement within the business.
You will have a similar experience to the above, ideally in fluid, entrepreneurial environments. Our client works at pace and they are looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck into the delivery as well as the strategic elements of the role.
The role will also require regular international travel across Europe (when it's allowed again).
