My client, one of largest global law firms, are searching for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead a significant internal change project (12 months FTC), focused on values, purpose and culture change.

This instrumental role will provide both strategic and operational support managing and executing complex communications programmes, working in the centre of the most important strategic initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of the internal comms programmes to achieve the objectives of the project in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, providing advice and guidance
  • Delivery and development of internal messaging
  • Creation of the key content, including shorter and longer form
  • Regular evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of the project
  • Providing advice on transformation and internal comms best practice
  • Working closely with Brand and Marketing departments and global internal communications team
  • Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic, internal communications management
  • Significant experience in development and implementation of internal comms strategies
  • Content creation experience
  • Previous experience working on culture change projects
  • Experience in working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Professional services background will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Organized with great attention to detail and collaborative working style
  • Ideally available to start immediately
