I am working with an independent oil and gas production company with a portfolio of over 80 licences across 16 countries.

The Corporate Affairs team is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to manage, maintain and improve their IC programme, which will be comprised of Leadership events, CEO townhalls, CEO awards, Exec breakfast meetings and more.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience across internal communications and employee engagement, preferably in multi-site organisations
  • Proven ability to work with Senior stakeholders
  • Proven high profile event management skills
  • Ability to devise and own the comms schedule, using a variety of different channels
