This highly successful and established software organisation is seeking an internal communications whizz to join their successful team on a 12-month maternity contract.
The lucky candidate will take a leading role in advertising the business on best internal communications practice, and will also become a central hub of support for the delivery of a wide variety of other campaigns!
Alongside this, you'll be working on the content and channel strategy for all internal communications activities, meaning that you'll need to be resourceful and always at the top of your game.
You'll be producing engaging and compelling copy, and will have the ability to re-purpose and re-use content where you see fit across multiple channels.
A proven track-record in managing editorial content will be key, along with some exposure to communications from a B2B industry. Experience of working within a technical environment with technical products? Even better!
To ensure you're equipped to succeed, the role requires a candidate with a background of managing complex internal communications campaigns from start to finish.
Key aspects to this impressive role will be developing global communication campaigns, and maintaining the structured communications portal for staff and driving employee engagement. You will be heavily involved with developing the internal communications newsletter and creating a structure for employee feedback.

This position is commutable from Royston, Biggleswade, Newmarket, Bury St. Edmunds, Huntingdon, Cambridge, St. Ives, Ely, Saffron Walden, and Bishop's Stortford.
