Internal Comms roles in Cambridge are few and far between, especially ones that are as creative as this.

Communicating with stakeholders at all levels - from administration to the CEO - you'll need to come from a comms background to make this work. Explicit Internal Comms experience isn't essential, but communications in a broader sense is, ideally with a commercial focus in the B2C or B2B arenas.
You will be beautifully-organised and consistent in your approach, and an outstanding communicator. You'll be the trusted go-to for company information and internal branding, creating a genuine and positive culture that literally everyone wants to be a part of!
You'll be pivotal in building excitement and engagement as this company undergoes massive change, and continues to make significant waves on the Cambridge Tech Circuit. You'll forge a real sense of belonging with all stakeholders - through all platforms and channels - to cement the foundation for their next phase of growth, with some very big plans in the pipeline…
