My client a membership organisation based in Milton Keynes are looking for an immediately available Interim Regional Events Executive for a 9 month FTC. This role is home based and will support the delivery of a programme of activity, including communications and events across the Midlands region. As a result of covering the Midlands region candidates ideally need to be based in the West Midlands near Solihull to cover the Midlands region
This Interim Regional Events Executive role is all about meeting the needs of its local members in the Midlands and will act as a contact point for central events, round tables and activities and be involved in designing and delivering regional events and discussion meetings.
You will be involved in supporting and providing effective communication between members and the business. Experience in communications, marketing and events, relationship management and budget management skills are all required. Excellent negotiation, communication (written, digital, creative, verbal) and engagement skills are required as is the ability to be self-motivated and work under own initiative. You must hold a current driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for this role and be flexible in terms of working hours and travel around the Midlands region to manage breakfast/evening events where required.
