Are you passionate about hospitality and providing optimal guest experience, increased satisfaction and loyalty?
You will be a seasoned Guest Experience Professional with really sound knowledge of TrustYou and Voice of the Guest. You will ideally be from a hospitality marketing background, you will be the 'voice of the guest' champion and consolidate, analyse and present back data and insights to stakeholders to ensure best in class guest experience that are in line with brand standards. You will be comfortable with KPIs and feeding back on performance and continuous improvement strategies. You will be a confident and engaging communicator, you will be great at building relationships internally and with partners and be able to negotiate, influence and challenge where necessary to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Guest Experience and online brand reputation. This role will be highly analytical, drawing from multiple data sources and providing real insight to partners.
