A leading brand and insight consultancy is looking for an Insight Manager to join the team and work on projects that will drive decision-making at the highest level. You will work on strategic projects which require heavy insight to fulfil the clients' needs. You will work across a variety of projects such as: innovation capability, new product development and brand definition, positioning & proposition. The role is very hands on and requires a highly organised and efficient individual.

As Insight Manager you will be focused on client management and leading the delivery and effectiveness of a range of projects. Using innovative research solutions, you will guide brands into understanding consumers' minds and help rejuvenate them to the ever-changing perceptions. You will be required to be a strategic & creative thinker with a commercial background, prepared to run projects that will drive decision-making for some of the largest, global FMCG/Retail giants.
- Experienced with both Qual + Quant research methods - able to moderate at a high level
- Consumer + shopper insight experience
- Strong experience working with consumer, FMCG and retail brands
- Worked end to end on Ad-hoc, tracker and strategy projects
- Project management expertise - worked on set up, managing suppliers, liaising with clients and presenting
