They are looking for someone to lead their content & insights agenda, in addition to managing & coaching a team of 4.
It's a really interesting opportunity to act as a thought leader - leading their data & insights team in order to write white papers and put out engaging content on industry wide issues as well as company & category specific strategic advice for clients.
You'll be managing & developing 4 reports, guiding them in order to help build up their client-facing skills and become capable & credible advocates for the business in front of clients.
There are 2 key factors that will determine your suitability - your ability to inspire & develop a team, and your skills in developing engaging & commercially successful content & insight for your clients.
The company are open to a range of backgrounds - obviously a similar insights agency creating content for retail or FMCG would be great, but equally you might have worked retail or supplier-side in insights, category, shopper or sales.
