Job Description

An international travel brand with a reputation for being very consumer driven are looking for someone with strong analytics and insight experience to conduct ad hoc and continuous projects through all aspects of the company. This role will allow you to be hands on with the data both from very technical analytics work to deep dive qualitative analysis of their passengers.

Reporting into one of the senior directors in the business, you will sit in a team of around 6 people, supported by a data scientist team allowing you to run a number if in house projects as well as partner with some leading agencies. Working in a highly transactional market, a lot of the work is quantitative so experience in in-depth quant work is required but a solid grounding across all methodologies is essential.

Initially your role will have 4 key responsibilities: understanding the customer journey and how this can be improved; running brand metrics, something which is supported by some innovative tools they have built, which will be reported fortnightly to the board; running analysis of the portfolio of data sets; and, being a guardian for the data ensuring the highest data quality (something which is essential with the impending GDPR regulations).

It is a really broad role with lots of exciting areas to explore. They will look at people with both agency and client-side experience. Advanced quantitative analysis essential and SQL, Tableau or SPSS experience would be beneficial.
