Are you an experienced sales leader looking for your next challenge within a Fintech start up?

The Company:

A new opportunity to join a successfully growing start up has come around and they are looking for a proven sales leader to head up the current sales team. As the Head of Sales, you will be the driving force of the business and will be responsible for growing new business as well as building strong working relationships with new clients and existing. Leading from the front and setting the example for the rest of the sales team to follow suit as well as encourage, coach and mentor the team to drive quality team results. Being heavily backed by a market leading financial company, the business are in a fantastic position to continue growing and delivering quality results for their market.

The Role:

  • Leading a team of currently 4 sales people. You will play a big part in the growth of this team
  • Create and implement strong sales strategies to deliver new business revenue
  • Meeting clients face to face or over video call to demonstrate the platform and all its benefits
  • Attend networking events to promote and represent the platform
  • Lead from the front and set the example for the rest of the sales team

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience. 2-3 years within management
  • Experience in working within FinTech/Saas to be able to hit the ground running with the platform
  • A consultative sales approach to deliver the best results for your clients
  • Proven track record of achieving individual/team targets
  • Ideally experience within working in a start up, but not essential
  • Strong leadership experience with proven strategic flare to drive further revenue
