An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full service, research specialist to join this growing online data collection business, to assist in their growth into wider research areas and markets. This role will suit someone who has a strong mixed methods research background, with experience in leading and managing projects from the outset. You will be looking for a new challenge, in a business where you can make a real difference.

The Client
Based in central London, but currently working from home, they intend to offer remote and flexible working going forward as well. They are a growing business, who currently focus on online communities and data collection for their clients, looking to expand into the full service research area. This role is pivotal to the organisation growing and developing over the next two years and they have a strong infrastructure in place to support this. They offer a competitive salary and bonus package.

The Role
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the full service research offering. You will be introduced to clients, where you will pitch the capabilities and solutions that the business can offer as a full service research company.

Key Duties Include:-
- Adapting and creating the marketing and sales plan for the research area, including organising marketing activities such as webinars, networking, conferences etc
- Developing the operational and execution strategy with the Managing Director, ensuring the successful roll out of new products and offerings to the market
- Writing proposals and pitching to clients, to help to win new business, off the back of warm introductions
- Designing and executing the research plan, across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Ensuring the team deliver high quality and insightful results for clients

The Candidate
- The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in a full service research agency, a media agency in an insight team, in-house for a brand in the insight team or for a consultancy, where you have led on a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research projects, from inception through to completion.
- You will be well-versed in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and products, and will have a deep understanding of how and when they should be used.
- You will have strong experience in writing proposals and delivering pitches, as well as overseeing managing the deliver of research projects and producing insightful reports and presentations.
