Head of qualitative insight & Innovation | Strategic Research & Brand Consultancy | £80-£120k
We have an interesting challenge for you, heading up the cultural strategy division of a brand & comms consultancy. The role will be utilising innovative qualitative research to provide their clients with deep, insight led strategy to carry their brand forward. You must have the ability to identify new ways to solve clients problems and be able to implement an effective project to achieve this. This is a role with an agency with a global reputation, giving you the chance to work with some of the most reputable domestic and international brands around. With a thirst for trying new ideas, this agency will allow you to explore different methodologies allowing you to be agile in a data driven world where adaptability is key.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively lead and mentor teams as well as show prior success in helping carve a clear direction and develop business within an agency. You must have extensive experience in carrying out qualitative led insight projects and be able to develop an inspiring story to capture the clients imagination.
