The Company

This Company is presently on the look-out for a Head of Programmatic. You will be working in their high performing Programmatic Team to be able to manage and lead strategy, optimise and drive ad revenues. The Role

* Lead and direct the delivery of Programmatic strategy to maximise ad revenue
* Driving best practice across the team across data, product and technology teams
* Participation in new business pitches as required - offering strategic insight into what the Programmatic team can deliver for its brands

The Candidate

* Must have strong hand-on programmatic experience ideally from a publisher background in using SSPs, would consider candidates from agency and ad-tech backgrounds
* Strong leadership skills, able to think strategically and proactively to drive ad revenue
* Excellent communicator - able to work across multiple teams and explain complex Programmatic issues to non-Programmatic teams and individuals
