An incredibly technical and strategic role to work in one of the UK's largest and most trusted retailers. This role, the digital Head of Product will lead a team of 10 product managers to shape, prioritise and deliver the product roadmap across web, mobile app and store channels, bringing best in class customer experience to customers at pace and in line with strategy to deliver strong returns on ROI.
As Head of product you will be accountable for the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, backlog and release programme across digital channels, rolling up into one digital product roadmap aligned to customer strategy and long term plan.
You will be responsible for developing best customer and business experiences based on insights across key customer journeys (journey, shop, checkout, search) through the development of new and existing features across digital channels.
As well as key accountabilities across the development and delivery of the digital roadmap you will also work cross-functionally to support the wider business with things like personalisation, loyalty, customer strategy and proposition as a subject matter expert.
