We are seeking a forward thinking, people smart, senior leader with strong strategic marketing communications ability to head up our People and Communications Service.

You will lead an ambitious, dynamic and innovative multi-disciplinary team overseeing the delivery of our marketing communications and our people strategies. These include the designing and delivering of creative content, digital marketing and integrated campaigns, the development of our volunteers and people to build a positive culture, leading on festivals and events and utilising your marketing prowess to help create a successful fundraising strategy.
