Head of Marketing, 12 Month FTC

London, up to £75K

NB: This is a heavy Digital & Retail driven role, and requires someone with extensive digital acquisition and retention skills.

Now, this role is a 12 month fixed term contract for a major player in the financial technology space. It's quite a wide spread role and requires someone with a solid digital marketing background as well as experience in the retail industry.

It's going to be heavily driven around the year ahead and the development of the cross-channel strategy to be rolled out across the UK. Alongside the strategy piece, which is hugely important you'll be looking to integrate with the Sponsorship, PR, Social & Creative teams to achieve the overall business & marketing objectives.

Being an expert in agency leadership & management will also be key, the brand tends to use one agency for it's traditional & digital media planning and buying across the globe. It will be your job to lead the management of these agencies and get the best out of them! They are a great bunch and are very much the media arm of this brand, so there is a huge amount of respect between these two.

It's a management role, so your team of 4 here in the UK will help with the deployment of retails and digital strategies! They are bright, young and hugely aspirational and come with a wealth of experience in acquisition and retention, giving you the support you need to actually get your own role done!

Your line manager is fantastic, they have a depth of experience at some of the biggest technology brands in the world. They've been with the business for a few years now and have really established themselves as a Digital Leader. So, you'll be in capable hands if you come up against any problems or issues, plus they will be brilliant to work alongside.
