An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing Communications to drive a new engagement strategy for a charity based in London.
This is a key senior hire, which will build on successful new levels of media coverage, expanding online communities and integrated campaigns.
The team is made up of seven direct reports across media, digital, brand and communications and will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.
You will bring specialist marketing and communications expertise to ensure the charity can really focus on engagement and innovation to contribute to the delivery of the ambitious organisational strategy
- Proven experience of working with a range of stakeholders to develop and implement successful audience-led marketing and engagement strategies, driving positive customer journeys - including improving service usage and/or fundraising campaigns
- Working with the charity sector and understanding of the role of trustees and volunteers
- The ability to develop and roll out a digital strategy
