This is a new role and a great opportunity for an ambitious and committed individual to lead and develop the sales and marketing activities of the College.
The successful candidate will be
●able to demonstrate high levels of business acumen and the ability to provide direction on and lead on the implementation of strategic goals and objectives
●will have business development experience ideally from a mixture of large and small businesses so you can bring in best practice including establishing targets and KPIs
●will ideally have experience in the education sector, although a broad range of experience is advantageous
●will be hands-on and up to speed with digital marketing in a business to consumer environment
●will be skilled at managing and coordinating others (internal and external).
The role will manage all business development activity including creating and evaluating business opportunities through a variety of mediums including sales, marketing, digital capability and networking, would lead a small team and coordinate with other internal teams and external agencies.
What else do you need for this role? A marketing or management qualification would be good! Project management, budget control, brand development, analytical and influencing skills are all essential too… All the expertise you'd expect for a position at this level.
