The North West Air Ambulance Charity provides the rapid pre-hospital care needed to make a life changing difference. We provide emergency medical treatment when time is critical.
This is an exciting time for North West Air Ambulance Charity. We’re in a strong financial position which has enabled us to implement new and innovative ways of working and improve our impact on patient outcomes.
This is a newly created role with a unique opportunity to plan, develop and implement a Marketing and Communications strategy which will be vital in promoting brand awareness, the positive reputation of NWAA and in driving income generation. This will also promote ongoing support for the charity and ensure that NWAA’s wide range of programmes, events and outlets across the North West are properly marketed and communicated so they can achieve their full potential.
In this role you will operate as a member of the leadership team for Income and Engagement and is supported by a full time Social Media and Digital Lead. Other areas are delivered through outsourced arrangements which fall within the remit of this role.
It is a full time role.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have a proven track record of managing a marketing and communications function within the Charity Sector and driving the strategic development of the Marcomms function. You will have excellent experience of strategic campaign management and media management with skills in digital marketing and a clear, innovative and ambitious vision of the future. You will be a creative thinker with excellent influencing and negotiating skills, as well as experience with budget management.
