The successful candidate will lead the evolution, implementation and communication of the brand, developing powerful campaigns and strategies across all channels to drive consumer awareness and deliver commercial growth.

The Role

Reporting in to the Marketing Director key responsibilities will include:

  • Full ownership for the development and implementation of the annual marketing strategy and communications plan.
  • Research, develop and design the brand evolution strategy – resulting in a transformation from a local service-provider to trusted and credible thought-leading wellbeing organization.
  • Significantly improve the brand profile with existing customers, target customers, industry peers and B2B affiliates
  • Develop an innovative campaigns calendar that enhances the brand and delivers sales-generation and lead generation.
  • Serve as an evangelist for our message, brand, and content.
  • Ensure the Marketing and Communications team design and deliver plans effectively, efficiently and consistently on Brand.
  • Inspire and develop team capabilities and ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Manage department budgets; forecast, track and report on spends and return on investments.
  • Collaborate with and support the Marketing Director with broader company projects.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience in strategic Marketing management in a service delivery environment.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies that meet business needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and abilty to adapt readily to changing needs.
  • A true and genuine passion for wellbeing and making a difference.
  • Natural innovative flair, creativity and a passion for brands
  • Digitally-focussed with great understanding of web, app, social media, digital lead acquisition and CRM.
  • Customer-centric with experience of managing customer insights and data
  • Outstanding leadership skills with proven experience in the development of a highly effective and efficient multi-functional marketing team.
  • Demonstrable collaboration skills, able to work closely with trustees and senior management and to inspire colleagues across the organisation. Ability to flex and adapt leadership style to achieve the best result.
  • Customer-centric with experience of managing customer insights and data
  • Proven ability to develop and manage effective partnerships with external agencies and service providers.
