A high profile global consumer brand that has undergone a huge restructure and is now ready to challenge for the top spot is looking for a Head of Marketing Activation to join the Marketing Activation team and take responsibility for planning, development and implementation of all the Marketing Strategies across the UK and Ireland, ensuring that they are fully aligned with the company’s guidelines and meeting the sales & brand objectives. This will include effective management and execution of ATL & BTL communications, PR and Digital for the region.
Along with managing and coordinating all marketing activities you will also monitor and review all local activities and results according to the company’s KPIs and marketing strategy. Team management is important as you will be required to build and develop a team who excel in integrated marketing, who are commercially savvy and very efficient whilst also building strong stakeholder relationships across the brand.
You must have good marketing activation experience working for a global consumer brand, with a good commercial head and drive to be the best. A strong understanding of marketing dynamics, a proven ability to create, analyse and execute all marketing promotional activities are all essential. This is a role for a creative marketer with an entrepreneurial mind set.
