We are working with a an exciting and unique B2B company, who are looking to hire a Head of Marketing into their in Egham. This Head of Marketing role is an office-based part time role initially, it is envisaged that the workload would be approx. 30 hours per week, although it could be flexible.
Stepping into this unique role, you will develop a leading marketing strategy that incorporates all market opportunities, segmentation and new and existing targets. Your knowledge and expertise of the market will allow you to gather in-depth research and analysis for sales and stakeholders, as well as taking the lead in ensuring the brand’s consumer behavioural patterns are recognised and adhered across the marketing strategy. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure communication is coherent to the brand’s overall vision, as well as delivering collateral alongside the product team. You will manage all communication from both inside and outside of the business, playing a large role in planning and organising events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a customer-centric business, with extensive experience within a marketing and communications role. You have a great understanding of product lines and development, with a track record of delivering sales pitches, presentations and training. You are an expert in digital products, with proficiency across all Microsoft Office programs. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working to ambitious deadlines within a collaborative team.
