Our numbers are impressive; we have over 490 thousand members, 550 thousand visitors to our Flower Shows and 2.1 million visitors to our gardens last year. Imagine how exciting it would be to be responsible for developing the RHS Brand and growing our supporter numbers through developing our Gardens, Shows and membership marketing plans.
We have significant ambitions for the future and are looking to double the number of members over the next 10 years by developing our marketing strategy across the organisation to build connections between the RHS and our supporters to encourage people to interact with us either by visiting our shows and gardens or by joining the RHS as a member or a volunteer. This exciting role sits at the heart of our organisation, leading our brand development whilst working with our shows and gardens teams to deliver our ambitious visitor and membership targets.
There’s never been a more exciting time to join our Marketing team. Our purpose has never changed but, to keep up with the times and people’s changing tastes, we are constantly evolving how we ensure that our marketing campaigns are more exciting, engaging and effective than ever.
We’re on an incredible journey, and now we need a visionary leader as our Head of Marketing to show us how we can really make this incredibly valued and valuable function work most effectively so it can take us to the next level.
With proven experience in marketing planning, team leadership and development and working collegiately with a broad range of senior stakeholders, you will demonstrate commercial and creative flair, first class communication skills and an eye for detail.
