Head of Marketing - The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing with expertise across digital and traditional channels. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the business in realising its high growth targets through customer acquisition and on-going retention. Effective and efficient lead generation and with a focus on maximising conversion is absolutely the key to success in this role.
As part of the Senior Management Team you will capitalise on early stage growth and momentum. This is a "hands-on" role where you will contribute to an overall, strategic vision and deliver it at a local level with a willingness to undertake job-related tasks.
Head of Marketing - Responsibilities
Delivering integrated multichannel campaigns to both drive new customers and create brand engagement. Tailoring activity to each customer group.
*Developing an annual marketing plan.
*Delivering a blend of Local/Geo-Targeted campaigns as well broader brand awareness.
*Adhering to global brand guidelines, whilst tailoring content and campaigns to the UK.
*Closely managing budgets and redeploying resources for maximum ROI.
*Managing all paid and organic media channels.
*Delivering integrated end to end campaign marketing.
*Building and optimising sales funnels to drive conversion.
*Be innovative and creative with respect to bringing new ideas and methods into practice to increase the effectiveness of the marketing function.
*Developing and maintaining KPIs to measure growth and success of all channels and campaigns.
*Creating and maintaining growth marketing dashboards, measuring KPI's and ROI.
Head of Marketing - The Person
*Full mixed marketing experience.
*Highly analytical and data-driven with in-depth knowledge of analytics tools.
*Team management, as the business grows you will need to build your own team.
*Specific experience in lead generation and conversion.
*Energetic and driven.
*Enjoys a challenge and finding solutions for problems.
*Adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment.
*CIM, and/or degree level education or equivalent.
This role will be based in Derbyshire and is within easy striking distance from all surrounding areas. A salary of £45,000 - £50,000 is offered alongside a host of attractive benefits, including flexible working.
