Carter Murray have partnered with a global Insurer assisting with the search for a Head of Internal Communications. This well respected global firm, City based, are embarking on a transformation across the group and are seeking candidates who can work with them through the journey.
The ideal candidate will manage and lead on Internal Communications, working closely with the C-Suite, therefore the necessary gravitas and ability to get things done is a must. You will develop and roll-out the internal communications strategy but also have a passion for delivery.
You will have experience of managing strategic communications and naturally be an accomplished people manager, the role comes with the scope to build a team. With the ability to influence and make things happen, you will be highly knowledgeable across best practice internal communications, experienced within a change / transformation program and thrive on challenge. This is not a BAU role, change, challenge and resilience are a must. The ideal candidate will be looking for a new legacy, 'greenfield', opportunity.
Previous working experience within an Insurance or Broking business is highly desirable.
