 About the Role

Part sales, part evangelist, part strategist this exciting role drives development and growth of propositions and the European B2B Solutions portfolio and will also lead the strategy for growth in the Financial Services sector.   You’ll lead the creation and development of a portfolio of services driving the transition to a B2B solution sales oriented organization. 

Working at senior levels you’ll liaise directly with subsidiary teams and heads of B2B business units, European Product Management, and global HQ Partnership and Product teams and will also engage with third-party solution & service partners. Where required end-customer and channel partner engagement will be required working in parallel with subsidiaries.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy and business case for the B2B Solutions portfolio of products in Europe, creating a foundation from which the business can scale
  • Build strategy, business case and KPIs for Solutions propositions, partner landscape and competitive positioning to reinforce a robust strategy for launch
  • Lead creation of pan-European community to implement launch of Solutions and Finance portfolio and gain obtain consensus for strategy
  • Drive European Finance vertical Flagship Programme and define action plans for growth
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate European Finance vertical Sales Community
  • Launch new Solution Portfolio Program and manage quarterly cycle and inclusion
  • Develop pan-European sales propositions with Solutions partners which have aligned objectives, GTM plans, subsidiary engagement and related pan-European business development
  • Develop Solutions  propositions to meet market needs of Finance vertical and educate subsidiary sales teams and resellers on value propositions
  • Identify and engage with key partners to elevate Solutions value propositions

What We’re Looking For

We're looking to appoint a forward thinking senior, international, strategic B2B Solutions specialist with Product, Proposition, Business Development, Partner and Sales experience from B2B Telco, Mobility, IT or Software brands with the following;

  • Mobility solutions sales/development experience with a focus on building and executing multi-tiered, go to market strategies and programs
  • B2B product & proposition, technical understanding of solutions, business development and sales management experience in the enterprise sector (channel and end customer ideally)
  • Proven track record in identifying, creating, selling & marketing mobility solutions to a range of B2B markets e.g. SMB to large Enterprise organisations. 
  • Demonstrable experience of owning and leading propositions and services and in driving successful results through others (cross-functional teams), combined with an analytical mind that drives data-driven decisions to build the strategy for the product set.  As with all propositions involving partners business development skills are required
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience building value propositions, market positioning and in leading the adoption of the services through cross-functional teams
  • Commercial experience in leading and negotiating 3rd party commercial agreements for use in go-to-market propositions
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects, sales, and simultaneous performance objectives
  • Ability to lead and deliver results through others from a broad range of functions
  • Experience working with third party partners at a strategic senior level to define and execute mutually successful programs that drive solution sales based revenue
  • Experience working in an international matrix structure leading virtual teams
  • Sales & Marketing experience in at least 3 large European markets
